Noosa Nursing Centre consisting of Noosa Nursing Home (High Care) and Sovereign Lodge (Low Care) is situated on 5 acres of tropical gardens in the heart of Tewantin.

The facility is fully government accredited and has been providing the highest quality care to the community since 1978.

The facility is family owned and prides itself on providing a home like to make transition in to assisted care as enjoyable experience as possible.

Both the Nursing Home and Sovereign Lodge provide 24 hour nursing care. All your housekeeping needs are attended to. We provide daily cleaning and laundering services. Food is prepared on site by our fully qualified chef, from the highest quality ingredients. Special diets and requests are catered for.
We also provide in-house physiotherapy, diversional therapy , aromatherapy and massage services. Residents are assisted in sourcing external services to visit the facility, such as doctors, podiatry, speech therapy, dietician etc.

Noosa Nursing Centre is a Commonwealth-approved residential aged care facility. You can feel secure in the knowledge that the Commonwealth provides a level of funding for your care needs (subject to means-testing) and the Commonwealth supervises and regulates our standards and level of care.

Local bus service to Tewantin, Noosa Heads and surrounding areas. The Facilities bus transports Residents to various outings and destinations.
